Summer finally arrived in London this May in time for the latest Customer Engagement Director’s Forum which, this month, focused on how social media and mobile was being used to deliver innovations in customer service across a range of organisations.

This event welcomed a range of speakers from organisations as diverse as Gallup, LinkedIn, Everything Everywhere (T-Mobile and Orange) and Facebook, with commentary and advice from Foviance, Sponge Group, The Social Media Leadership Forum and Foviance.  I recorded three podcast interviews on the day you can hear by visiting the website.
